In order to support productiveness and educate the companies that are members of groups (exporters’ associations, provincial chambers of industry and trade, technology development zones, organized industrial zones, industry-specific manufacturers’ associations) on exporting, URGE (International Competitiveness Improvement Program) projects are supported by the Ministry of Economy by paybacks of 75% under the Act numbered 2010/8.
The activities listed below that are conducted by the industry-specific group members under the leadership of the collaboration establishment are considered as project subjects:

• Learning (education and consultancy)
• Marketing (publicity, brand, board of trade, matching)
• Activities on group promotion
